What is the right way to drink water?

The body should be accustomed to a large amount of water, gradually increasing the rate. The habituation occurs within one or two weeks. It is better to start your day with a glass of water 

“Царичанская” from “ABK Dnipro” on an empty stomach. This starts all the necessary processes in your body and wakes it up.

It is not recommended to drink it with meals because it dilutes the gastric juice and stretches the stomach.
